Sullivan Multi-Family Realty was established by Bill Sullivan to focus exclusively on the sale of Multi Family Homes in the Greater Portland area.  Through his diligence and focus, the firm has distinguished itself in providing the highest level of brokerage service to its seller and buyer clients in helping them achieve their goals.

Bill Sullivan is founder and partner of Sullivan Multi Family Realty LLC.  He teamed up with local veteran commercial broker and developer, Mac MacBride, in early 2004 to start an agency dedicated exclusively to the sale of Multi Family Homes in the Portland area.  In 2009, Bill joined with Brit Vitalius and Dan Bell to form Sullivan Management. Bill holds his Broker's License and consults on owner occupied and income investments. Bill enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1993 and served in a combat tour during his ten years in the service. After serving in the Fleet Anti-Terrorism Strike Team, Bill left active duty as a Sergeant. After his service in the military, Bill trained state and federal law enforcement. Brit Vitalius is a principal and the Designated Broker of Sullivan Multi Family Realty. He represents both investors and sellers in the multi family market in Greater Portland. In 2009, Brit joined with Bill Sullivan and Dan Bell to form Sullivan Management. Brit is the current president of the Southern Maine Landlord Association.   For the past three years, he has delivered the multi family market presentation at MEREDA's Annual Real Estate Forecast Conference, the largest real estate conference in the state of Maine. Brit personally owns several multi family properties in the Portland area. Brit grew up in Yarmouth, Maine before he graduated from Harvard University in 1995. John Graham has been a licensed real estate Broker since 2002. He graduated from Mount Blue High School in Farmington and Bates College in Lewiston with a degree in Rhetoric. He has exclusively focused on the multi unit market in Portland. John has a strong understanding of buildings' mechanical systems and maintenance issues. He has owned and managed numerous multi units around the city and a mobile home park in Central Maine. John sold all of his units in 2009 and invested in his maple syrup farm in Weld, ME. Chris Sullivan joined Sullivan Multi Family Realty in April 2007. Chris has been practicing real estate since 2004 and, until joining Sullivan Multi, he worked for Coldwell Banker consulting and assisting his clients with the purchase and sale of homes and multi family investments. Chris currently holds his Associate Broker’s license. Chris grew up in Standish, Maine and attended Bonny Eagle High School and the University of Maine at Orono. Francine O'Donnell joined Sullivan Multi in August 2008.  She has over 20 years of experience in business management, design, sales and service. Francine has held corporate leadership positions, restored several antique homes, designed new construction, managed commercial properties and owned and operated a nationally recognized small Maine business. Her entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with her love of design and architecture, has led her to the real estate profession.   Francine has lived in the Greater Portland area for most of her life and is a graduate of the University of Maine. Cindy Kueck joined Sullivan Multi in April 2007 as Contract Manager. She began her real estate career working in marketing for Mark Stimson in 1998, and became a licensed agent in 1999 before helping to create and manage a new agency in 2004.   Cindy is originally from Cheshire, Connecticut. She studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and settled in Maine in 1998. Marc Foster joined Sullivan Multi in 2009. He currently manages several residential, commercial, and retail properties in Maine and Massachusetts and has been working in residential and commercial real estate development since 2005. Marc holds an Associate Brokers license. Marc in originally from Lexington, Massachusetts. He studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Southern Maine. He has been living in Maine for the last 11 years and before joining Sullivan spent 12 years working as a network engineer. He currently resides in the West End of Portland with his wife and son.
Stephanie Reed is Sullivan Multi's newest member. As office manager, Stephanie facilitates the day to day workings of the company. Having grown up in Cape Elizabeth, Stephanie is a Greater Portland area local. She moved to Providence to receive her BA from Brown University and returned to Portland for an MFA from the Maine College of Art.Stephanie's first experience in office management was for a Maine-based alternative energy company. Educate Our Clients
Our goal is to educate our clients on what Multi Unit ownership entails and on the current market.  We do not push sales or believe that Multi Unit investments are good for everyone.  We help our clients decide if a Multi may be a good investment and, if so, what type.  In addition, we provide the Sullivan Multi Landlord Kit and ongoing support after the sale.  Our ultimate goal is to help our clients be successful Multi Unit owners.
